How it should look with delimiters then? ??? Sorry, just started learning php.

Can anyone tell me what symbols needs to be seperated with \ and how exactly to seperate, just put \ before any symbol? Like if url is [code]preg_match_all('http://www.domain.com/index.php?article=(.*)')[/code] Make it like this: [code]preg_match_all('http\:\/\/\www\.domain\.com\/index\.php\?article\=(.*)')[/code] ???

Hello Everyone, I am having some problems with the following code $content=@file_get_contents($DOMAIN); preg_match_all('index.php?article=(.*)', $content, $extract, PREG_SET_ORDER); And I get error in preg match all line: Delimiter must not be alphanumeric or backslash What's wrong with this code?
