im trying to install the php script from http://dispatch-software.org/...i run the sql file against my database but when i try to access the script i get a fatal error message...cannot redeclare..

i am new to php and know very little...im basically looking for someone to install some code for me...its a databasing code...ive been trying all week to figure it out but keep getting fatal erros...im willing to pay someone for their trouble..
