  1. Click on the current title and you will see it! I did get it fixed though... just now. Needing to sort the dimensions still... any thoughts? I use wordpress because because of the easy to use interface.
  2. Hey Guys, I have a wordpress blog that I converted in to over 1k optin pages (each post becomes an optin page). The main page seems to work just fine, but the title in the single post page gets all screwed up. I can't figure out what the problem is. Any thoughts? The blog itself is: http://mygreatempire.com/says/ The CSS is: /* Theme Name: WordPress Default Theme URI: http://wordpress.org/ Description: The default WordPress theme based on the famous <a href="http://binarybonsai.com/kubrick/">Kubrick</a>.   3. When I have my paypal button set so that is redirects to http://empiremarketing.ca/order.php, it works just fine. But when I change the redirect URL to something like: http://empiremarketing.ca/order.php?link=7, it all of a sudden does not work. How can I fix this? I did not create this page, but I am trying to get it to work so that it redirects to this page: http://empiremarketing.ca/order.php?link={$redirlink} I know there is supposed to be some magic happening, but it is not. Any ideas? Here is the page PHP code: <?php $newprice = $_GET['np']; $ordertotal = $_GET['tt']; $redirlink = $_GET['redir']; require_once ("config.php"); $con = mysql_connect($hostname, $dbuser, $dbpass) or die(mysql_error()); $select = mysql_select_db ($selectdb, $con) or die(mysql_error()); $update = "UPDATE linkcount SET price = '$newprice' WHERE id = 1"; $result = mysql_query($update, $con) or die (mysql_error()); #Create PHP Session for the number of link boxes to be shown after paypal payment session_start(); session_register(); $_SESSION['link_number'] = $redirlink; ?> <html> <head> <title>Empire Marketing - SEO Services: Pre-Order Form</title> </HEAD> </head> <body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" bgcolor="#ffffff" background="images/bg.jpg"><center> <table border="0" height="100%" width="916" cellpadding="0" topmargin="0" cellspacing="0" background="images/bg2.jpg"> <tr> <td align="center" valign="top"><img src="images/header.jpg"><BR><img src="images/header2.jpg"> <table width="800" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="8"> <tr> <td align="justify"> <font face="Verdana"> <div align="center"> <h1>Order Confirmed</h1> <?php echo ("<a href=\"https://www.paypal.com/xclick/business=me@mygreatempire.com&undefined_quantity=0&item_name={$redirlink}MthlyURL&amount=$ordertotal&currency_code=USD&return=http://empiremarketing.ca/order.php\">Click here to pay via PayPal.</a> "); ?> </div> <br /> <br /> </font> </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" valign="bottom"> <img src="images/footer.jpg"> </td> </tr> </table> </center> </body> </html>
  4. Hi I've been searching for a web form mailer script (like: http://www.buildwebsite4u.com/advanced/php.shtml) but I can't seem to find one that allows me to send to multiple email adresses at once. Like... I want to be able to send a message to John, Peter, and Rick at the click of a button... and not only should they get the email, but the message should also have their name in it. What would you recommend? How many emails would be the recommended maximum to process at once? Is up to 100 at once too much? If not, lets say (as an example) I have the option of entering 100 peoples info, would it still process ok if only 90 peoples info were filled in, leaving some blank boxes? FYI - It won't be used for spamming. More like an email people will be able to forward to their friends by entering their friends name and email adresses in the boxes and hitting submit. Is that even possible?
  5. Excellent... thanks a million, that is JUST what I needed! For the second question: Is there a way to have a double reaction happening with the click of 1 button? Like... when a user hits "subscribe" to my mailing list, is it possible to automatically send them to the paypal checkout page? Not sure if the previous or even this description makes sense. Let me know if you need further explanation. Thanks again DanielO
  6. Hi I am trying to find the old original paypal code that allows me to redirect a customer to a specific link after successfull payment and to yet a different link if they cancelled the payment half way in. I used to be able to get all that through paypal... or even google... but for some reason I can not find it anywhere. Here is what I got: <form name="_xclick" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_xclick"> <input type="hidden" name="business" value="me@hotmail.com"> <input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="USD"> <input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="$<?php echo $quantity ?> Article Order for <?php echo $visitor ?>"> <input type="hidden" name="amount" value="<?php echo $quantity ?>"> <input type="submit" value="Complete Your Order Now!" name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!"> </form> Secondly, I want to automatically redirect all my aweber list subscribers to paypal checkout. For example: When people subscribe to my list (using the code below) I want them to subscribe to my list, yet at the same time I want it to have the same effect as if they would click on the payment button above. So in one sense... two submissions with one click. Is that duable? Here is my aweber code: <FORM action=http://www.aweber.com/scripts/addlead.pl method=post> <div align="right"> <INPUT type=hidden value=1718226460 name=meta_web_form_id> <INPUT type=hidden name=meta_split_id> <INPUT type=hidden value="su-success" name=unit> <INPUT type=hidden value=http://www.mygreatempire.com/success/su2.html name=redirect> <INPUT type=hidden value="Barry-AS" name=meta_adtracking> <INPUT type=hidden value=1 name=meta_message> <INPUT type=hidden value=from,name name=meta_required> <INPUT type=hidden value=0 name=meta_forward_vars> First Name: <INPUT name=name> Email Address: <INPUT name=from> <INPUT type=submit value="Click For Online Wealth" name=submit> </FORM> I sincerly hope this is duable. If not, what would come close? Thanks a Billion in Advance!
  7. ooops... I deleted something and forgot to delete the comma "," boy I can get blonde at times It all works like magic now... thanks a billion ya'll!
  8. hmmmm... I tried that... here is the message I get: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',' in /home/mygreate/public_html/mailer/sendeail.php on line 84 Any ideas?
  9. I have a contact form that sends emails to me with the customers email adress in the "from" section of the email, but it does not show the customers name. $from = "From: $visitormail\r\n"; Example: When using the above code and someone makes a contact submission on the form, my email account tells me I got a notification from whatever the visitors email is. How can I make both - the name AND the email adress - appear? I want it to look like the person sent me the email directly from their email inbox... with name and email showing... yet I want to also be able to just hit reply and send them a response without having to copy paste their email adress in the box. Its my way of adding professionalism to my customer service Thanks so much in advance again... you guys are awesome!
  10. array's? You're talking to a complete newby here, lol I am about to attempt the first suggestion that was given, see if I can figure this out. Thanks again for all your help... I really hope this works... it could save me hours and hours of work.
  11. To answer your question, I need this for people who keep sending me the exact same question, so that all I have to do is: put in their name and email adress, hit submit and whola... they have received a response from me. I am not too worried about the ISP because I doubt it will be 60 messages in an hour I will try what you recommended, I sure hope that works!
  12. Hi I've been trying to reverse engineer a contact page. Here is the script I've been working with: http://www.ibdhost.com/contact Here is what I want it to do: - Instead of sending me an email, I want it to send an email to the email adress the customer would enter - I want to have a prewritten email/message in there somewhere (does not have to be displayed) which would include the customers name (ex: if customer entered "john" as name, the message would say something like: "Hi john ...") Is this at all possible? Is it at all possible to have the email come from my name and my email adress? I love PHP Freaks and wouldn't go anywhere else with these kind of questions. I hope I am not too far "out there" with this one. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
  13. Thank you very much peranha... That is exactly what I needed. I love this forum. I just joined 12 hours ago and have already learned so much. You guys rock! Thanks a billion!
  14. ok great! <table border='0' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='10' bordercolor='#cccccc'> <td> <center> <form method='post' action='http://www.aweber.com/scripts/addlead.pl' name='form' onsubmit='return checkForm()'> <input type='hidden' name='unit' value='kdbraun'> <input type='hidden' name='redirect' value='http://www.WebSite.ws/kdbraun'> <input type='hidden' name='meta_redirect_onlist' value='http://www.WebSite.ws/kdbraun'> <input type='hidden' name='meta_adtracking' value='leads'> <input type='hidden' name='meta_message' value='1'> <input type='hidden' name='meta_required' value='from'> <input type='hidden' name='meta_forward_vars' value='1'> <input type='hidden' name='referralID' value='$ws'> <table border='0' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0'> <tr> <td nowrap> <div align='center'><strong><font face='Tahoma' size='2'>Your Email Adress:</font></strong> </div> <input type='text' name='from' value='email' size='30' /></td></td> </tr> </table> <input type='submit' value='Watch Video Now!'> </form> </center> </td> </table> </center> I got it all working except for the <input type='hidden' name='affiliate' value='$ws'> I'm thinking I might have to create two complete sites within each each of the two echos to pull up... is there any way around it? This is what I am thinking: <?php $ws = $_GET['ws']; if (!$ws) { echo "page1"; } else { echo "page2 :".$ws; } ?> It can be done but if there is a way to do it differently... I'd rather go that root. I hate working within echos
  15. I think that is just what I need... however, when I implant it, why does it not read $ws code by itself on the php page? I tried planting $ws by itself in the middle of the page... (apart from the code) yet it displays the following message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/mygreate/public_html/index.php on line 13 Here is what I need it to do on my page: <input type="hidden" name="$ws"> Basically... $ws has to have a value at all times. Shouldn't that somehow work?
