Hi All, Trying to install PHPTestmanager on my server. Link: http://www.stocksdost.com/test/install/install.php i created a database called test with a user call test. However when i try to install it gives me the foll error: Warning: require_once(DB.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/stocksdo/public_html/test/include.php on line 25 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DB.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/stocksdo/public_html/test/include.php on line 25 Could anyone help? there was no db.php file in the script.

if not the cookies, can anyone give me a code i could use to capture their ip, and store it in the mysql db?

HI, im using phpfprmgenerator to create an html form. the application was part of fantastico. Anyway, i want to add a cookie which would allow the user to reply to the form only once. not more than than once. The html and php files are attached as below. pls tell me what code i could use and where it needs to be inserted.
