i seen this but dont know how to use it

Hi i need some help please im trying to find a way to collect mail from exchange (1 mailbox) and put the email into a database for later uses and then delete it from the exchange mailbox thats it sounds simple but after days of googleing can't find anything that would help me any ideas thanks in advance
