I do not know how to make code and I do not know much HTML, or I wouldent have asked for help. Thanks

the part in red is what I'm trying to convert into a link, on my site is shows up as is: http://*****.com/areas/MYCITY.html But I'm trying to make it click able so I need to add some code to that red line.. could someone help please? thanks
