I want to display only a specific users information but having only one profile page that uses php to pull the specific users data from the database. but i want the php to pull only the information that belongs the the user who has logged in

i need help trying to display a users data on profile page I want to display only that users data like there username and stuff like there age

I'm making a point and click online rpg and i need help with certain parts of it. I need to be able to display the player states using php, but i want to only display the states of the logged in user. I also need help with setting up a experience system. I need some help on how to insert a numerical variable in a mysql data table when a user signs up to play. and then i need help with the math system to add to the experience number. If you could help with any of this i would greatly appreciate it.
