i have a php script on my hosted webpage that grabs some info from my icecast server at home. the page updates when the info changes with some cobbled together ajax. but when the info contains an ampersand, instead of printing '&' and the page shows 'amp&;'. i'm not even sure where to start with this... google brings up tons of people having ampersand problems in code but it seems to mostly different (or the opposite) problems than i am having. thanks
