Hey, i have installed phpbb forums, and i want to show how many users are online, and total members on my index page (not forums index) when i include'forum/index.php'; and echo $total_members; i get errors about session starting. All i want is to print the members, but iit wants me to start a session, and include other files like ./config and includes/....... but i dont want it to load all that crap... so can anyone make me a code that will get the information for me, without including the page. cheers.

I have a index.php file which i have tabs that say, REGISTER,LOGIN and i would like the register/login to be in the same webpage so i can use index.php?register index.php?login If someone can do this from my code i will be sooo happy. http://pastebin.ca/1403809 THANK YOU..
