I have same problem I need help too. I am just new

I am new to this stuff. I did post my problem earlier, I can not find out where it is and may be someone already respond to it. Here it is again-- I have XAMPP on my computer. I tried to run a simple hello world program to make sure it runs. But it does not. On my web browser I put 127.0.0.1/hello.php. It does not work. Massage comes like ERROR 404. It looks like a local host problem. Can someone help me please.

I am totally new to this all. I have XAMPP in my pc. I wrote a simple programe to make sure it runs, but when I put http://127.0.0.1/myfilename.php, messge comes that error 404. My sql, cgi, ssi, ftp everything is running and activated. Plese someone help. Look like it is a local host problem. tHanKs

I am new to PHP. I have XAMPP on my system. I am trying to run a simple PHP, hello world file. when I put on the browser " 127.0.0.1/helo.php it does not work and error message comes like page can not be found. On my XAMPP status, mySQL, PHP,SSL, CGI, SSI, SMTP, and FTP all are activated and running. please help. Thanks
