  1. I recently received the following message in response to my offering a helpful answer to two users asking how to implement signature capture within a web page. Up to this point the answers were totally useless and did not offer anything the original poster needed help with. While I referred the original poster to look at a commercial tool I publish, I'd hardly call that spamming. If I have a solution to someone's requirements should I just ignore him ? One of the posts I replied to had answers that what the original poster wanted could not be done. I would expect the original poster would welcome a solution rather than silence. I think it would be interesting to hear from the community at large as well as from the moderators. I don't want to offend anyone but I'd hope that if I had a problem someone else would not just stand by
