I have been looking for a way to send post data to a site with php, but all i find is how to use what is sent to the site. the reason I'm asking I'm trying to use the twitter api and I have to use post data to get the information I need and all the api code i found uses cURL. I can use it curl on my site when I develop it. but the server that it will end up on does not have it.
