Hi i am trying to display image using 'CAT_BIO' => (isset($_GET['c'])) ? '<br />' '<img src="images/' . $row['image'] . ' " width="150" height="200" />' '', but i get the error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in i think a comma or something missing can anyone spot where i am going wrong?? the other way i tried is <img src=\"images/{$row['image']}\" width=\"150\" height=\"200\" />" this one give no error bt doesnt display the anything it might be cz wrong path how do i make to go out one folder the get inside images folder?? not sure if its the solution help

thanks i gt to work but now i am having this problem ok so after that if no errors i inserted the script that unlink the image from the folder but is giving me error is on the wrong place again?? ok i finaly manage to get the form to update bt one foul if user doesnt send a new image the form will empty the previous is like it as long it press submit it send data empty if no new image uploaded how can i make so like if user doesnt modify the image to keep same image name on the database???

another thing i thought about doing is now i alrady have one file that uploads files perfectly i also have another one that removes file from the directory so i thout setting those up as function so that when user click on modify it would actually call those as fuction one by one is does it sound good or should i just continue wrkin on the whole in one script???

take the content of the variable named $image and place that content into the table field named image what abou this part what does it mean in english $image = $_FILES['image'];

ok so the how do i do for something like this on the form the name of input is name but the on the upload process changes the value image to image_name so how do i get this to wrk on the update considering a normal update format would be like this $image = $_FILES['image']; $query = "UPDATE driversnew SET image= '$image but because on te upload process takes the value image to $image_name what format the above would have to be cz rite now it how it look just sends teh word Array and doesnt upload the image

ok in the update what does this mean in english $image = $_FILES['image']; and then on mysql UPDATE you also use what do they mean in english UPDATE SET image='$image'

now on the insert i dnt use like this i just use on the insert image ( insert '$_POST', '$image_name' ) for the image but on the update i use the GET so do i change evrything that gt image to image_name like $image = $_FILES['image']; image='$image' to $image_name = $_FILES['image_name']; image_name='$image_name'

in the page that is calling the delete page i have define('THIS_SCRIPT', 'photos'); is that why giving the error???
