I created a form that emails me an applicants information when they submit the form on my fraternities website for a scholarship. One of the required elements is submitting a resume. I would like to make it so that the the resume can be submitted online and mailed to me using mail.php format. What is the best way to upload the file? and What is the best way to attach the file to an email using mail.php?

I working on a form that when the user submits their application it sends me an email with their information. But, I need a way for the user to upload a file to the application. And I also need the code to attach the uploaded file to an email.
