please help me how to conigure my drupal, i downloaded a theme from drupal.org but all i see is plain white background and a bold text only. is there a way fot my download themes to work?

tnx for the link lite but it still not working, i use wamp server at windows xp environment sp2. i follow the instruction at the link but its not still working. is there another way to solved my problem?

Hi.. can somebody out there can help me. im totally frustrated and im googling crazy. can somebody tell me the right configuration of php and mysql to upload more than 1mb file size and store it in a mysql database. my script works fine and it only can upload less than 1mb files size. can somebody give me the right configuration?
