PHP mail() function

Hi, I have a piece of PHP code running on a Windows Server. This code needs to allow the users to send emails from a specific mail account to other accounts. The problem is I don't know how to configure the php.ini file for making the mail() function work. Any ideas? Thanks very much in advance.
