I was thinking from some time before is it possible to over-ride some values of code using .htaccess.

seriously this is just for learning purpose and not willing to affect any others business.

suppose some website will have different google adsense publisher ID as well a channel Id on each page so I wanted to override these values with .htaccess

how could it be possible so far ?? any ideas..

may be you have mis-understood or may be I am not able to write clearly what I am suppose to say for this line

but this is not an issue

is there any solution on .htaccess for that

I do not understand what you are trying to do? The .htaccess file is used to override server side settings which will apply for your site only. You cannot use a .htaccess file to modify code already within a html file.
