Check HTTPS then go back to HTTP, 443 to 80??

phpinfo()

Recommended Posts

I have a function to check for secure 443 HTTPS:

function check_https() {
if ($_SERVER['HTTPS']!='on') {
	header("location: https://www.domain.com".$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']);
	exit;
}
}

- The question is, how to I force back to HTTP 80? - Basically I only want to use SSL on login pages and submission pages, but don't want users to continue to navigate the site under HTTPS after they go to one of these pages.

Basically I only want a couple select pages to use HTTPS and the rest to force HTTP.
