Ok, here is the deal.  I am working on a counter and a program to analyze the data that comes from that counter.  I plan on making the counter open source and posting it on my new website once it gets completed.  The counter uses MySQL, Adobe Flex 3, PHP, and GeoIP.  All these come to together to make what I believe is a nice little traffic analyzer.  Of course I am still working on making more charts options available and such.  This is only the beginning!

Anyways, to the point.  I need some folks to test out the performance and give me their opinions on what they would like to see in the program.

The sites that the counter is currently on are the following:

http://www.djpic.net

http://video.djpic.net (one counter for each video)

http://www.autumnoaksfarmandexpress.com

The counter analyzer is available at:

That is fine.  I am working on the background code for it now, mainly the Analysis part, so there might be some errors.  I plan on making the counter available to all once it get it into good working order.  Trying to get the interface complete if flex the way I like it.

Quick question for everyone, what would you like to know about the traffic to your site?  I already have it tracking:

-IP

-Country

-Region

-City

-Platform

-Browser and version

Any other suggestions?

Ok, the new version of the tracker is up.  This is the start of the public release v1 (although still in beta).  Go to http://counter.djpic.net to play with it.  Let me know of any improvements you may see.  Also, you can download the source for the counter at: http://counter.djpic.net/counter.zip if you wish.  You will need Flex 3 to compile it though.

I am working on the administration side (you know, adding counters, deleting counters, reseting counters).  Once that is done, then it will be out of beta.  Also means people will be able to download it without compiling it and it will run on any server with PHP and MySQL.  That is my goal anyways.
