BlueSkyIS Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 if you are new to PHP, i suggest starting with something simpler than a community site. if you need a forum set up quickly and easily, i suggest phpBB. if xampp is on your computer, just save files to the document root, no need to upload. PHP is fairly simple but it't not a language that you can throw together with band-aids and have it work when half the code is wrong like html.
