User should be able to create new project, upload files, look for changes.... System should have forum, bug tracking system an email notification and so on. Most of project which i have found was using SVN or CVS - thats good idea. I have founded projects like savane ( https://gna.org/projects/savane , but is using Perl too ) and some others, but they are not written only in PHP , but Perl or Phyton and I don't know those languages. I know only C++, Java and Php. Do you know some open source system like that? That would be quite a large and specialized project for open source stuff.... Hrmmm this post was entirely pointless I guess. Sorry x.x. You could try coding it your self?
