jokerfool Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Throughout my domain I have started seeing a collection of these annoying error_log files and if left over time they grow and before you know it, a few hundred meg. Is there some sort of script that I can make that will scan the domain and remove the error_log files for me so I dont have to go hunting through a few thousand directories? Thank you. AndyB Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Maybe you want to search and destroy the sources of the errors as well while you're at it. For the scripting, check the user notes in the manual for dir(). There are sure to be lots of recursive folder scan routines there. unlink() is what you need to remove files.
