Usually i dont like complicated backgrounds, but surprisingly i like yours. It generally has a nice look but three things i suggest are:

- The logo...isnt a logo, but that isnt your fault anyway. Maybe u can suggest doing them a real logo.

- The bottom red rectangles look more like ads and kinda distort the flow. As uve used gradients and small rounded corners all over the design, probably u can try that even on the bottom.

- I was expecting a background for the content (not in home). It doesnt look bad that way, but a fading background or any graphical element maybe will look better.

On technical problems:

- On ie7 the suggestion panel under the search bar shows permanently. On firefox it shows correctly.

- When searching, i have to delete "Search (keyword or phrase)" and then enter the keywords. U can make an onclick (and onblur) action on it, so that i deletes automatically.

- The site doesnt have valid xhtml and css. For xhtml u have some simple errors i guess which should be easily fixed. For css u have only a typo on #contact_btn a{ position: aboslute;} which should be "absolute" :)

On the about-us.html page your background looks funny because the content of the page surpasses the image. The image is darker at the top, so it sticks out...

I would also change the red boxes on the index page. I would make them the same size, and change the color. I agree with GuiltyGear - They look like ads.

My general rule for programming, have all browsers on your computer so you can check them all. (Referring to the search bar)

Over all it looks nice
