phpzone
Need more information/code sample. What is $info for instance? Are you sure it exists and contains what you think is should do. Try this just before you set $newpoints: assert("is_object( $info ) && is_integer( $info->points )") If your $info isn't an object or points isn't an integer the assertion will fail. Or you could: exit( var_dump( $info ) ); before you set $newpoints to show the type/value of $info Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/107109-help-whats-need-changing-in-my-phpini/#findComment-549109 Share on other sites

phpzone
You could do it in the query itself: $sql = "UPDATE user_info SET points=points+35 WHERE username='$username' Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/107109-help-whats-need-changing-in-my-phpini/#findComment-549165 Share on other sites
