Facebook bar at bottom

I need a script like that...

I already have one, who works perfectly in FF but not in IE.

 

Here's what i've got:

But, in IE it won't stay at top when i'm scrolling down.. and there will be a space like 2px from the top to the bar.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

BTW, i flipped it so it's on the top of the page not at the bottom. May have confused you a little bit ;-)

OK, here is a working bar, but I dont know how to embed it in my index template (1.1.9 SMF) forum.
