Can't access a web page

Hi,

I instaled an apache server on my computer and i'm trying to use it for testing purposes. And now i want my friends to be able to see my work online for feedback.

I'm trying to access the page using my IP. When I do this from my computer it works well, but my friends recives an error like this:

The technet is my ISP. I'm connecting to internet through a network using a VPN connection
I asked the network administrator, explained hi the error, but he keeps telling me that the problem is from my computer .
But the error is generated by their computer. How is that posible?

What is the problem? Is it my configurations? I use "Allow all". Note that i'm not using a firewall.

Do you know if port 80 is being routed to your machine?

More than that, do you have any type of firewall? If your using linux do you use iptables/firewall?

some ISPs block access to certain ports such as port 80 to prevent them being used for commercial purposes. if you get in contact with your ISP thy should be able to advise you on this and if they are not blocking port 80 they should be able to advise you on how to rectify the problem.
