Could not connect to Database"

Gosh knows what I've done.

 

Can anyone help? This is a script I bought from someone...I always have problems installing it...

 

EDIT: I just created a new user because for some reason the user I had in the database wasn't working. Whaaa. All fixed. :P :EDIT
