css_n00bie Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 Hi all, i am new in here and trying to learn CSS layout. I have one problem (nesting DIVS) , hope you guys can help me out. I have attached an image for a reference, I am stuck in that red box, how to make that align with that text areas as in the picture. i have used <div> with width and height specified for the outer box with padding : 16px for the gaps around it and have used span for all other things , Should i use span or div i am confused in that.
