mrjonnytou
Hi, I have a form, on which I would like to be able to select an item from a list which then adds it to the form. I would like to continue adding items from the list until I eventually submit the form to add the values to the database. Form example: _______________________ Resource - (drop down list) manager developer support officer etc. _______________________ When an item is selected, I'd like it to display like this: _______________________ resource - (drop down list) manager developer etc. _______________________ resources added manager _______________________ and then be able to continue adding resources until I finally submit the form. Any guidance is appreciated. What kind of thing do I need to be looking at to achieve this? regards, Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/114063-best-way-to-do-this-add-multiple-items-to-a-form/ Share on other sites

slushpuppie
javascript - unless you want to do something like have the form submit everytime the user makes a choice, then process and then output to the screen again... which would be a lot of reloading, which might slow the user experience - and you'd still need some javascript to submit the form onclick or onchange, though the javascript wouldn't be as complex. but your best method would be pure javascript i think.
