It's 8 hours... not sure if there is any benefit, just kind of when I seem to be falling asleep. unsider Posted July 11, 2008 Share Posted July 11, 2008 I'm not expert, and I've done limited reading on sleep patterns, healthy amounts, etc... But I've read that it's more healthy to sleep for the full 8 hours, as opposed to segregated amounts. A quick google search will get you the answer to healthy sleeping tips.
