In that site, I have planned to make out a feature of uploading photos taken in school function and sharing it. Students will have their own accounts and they can upload photos. I have seen many photo sharing site working in PHP. Can i develop a feature like that in PHP? For that what i have to learn? Any mods or libraries? Please help me....
