rhodesa
you will have to use some sort of server side include/script...here are a couple examples: http://www.google.com/search?q=javascript+ip+address

PC Nerd
im not sure if its an option - its just a random though: Why dont you write a vbscript addon or plugin or something - that gathers that information for you?. Similar to microsoft website - to download any updates or extras etc ( liek language packs), you have to install the plugin or WGA program..... so that may be a soluteion for oyu. gldk

rhodesa
there is only so much you can do. track the normal IP address, and add a cookie. short of making them create a user/pass, there isn't much more you can do.
