very basic error.

Whats with the , on this line?

echo $game_no, "<br>";

It should be a period (.)

 

Also on this line, further up:

$query = "SELECT jtid, game_no FROM jtablegrid WHERE jtid=1;

Your missing a " at the end of the string.

Nothing wrong with that line. You can pass multiple arguments to echo, it doesn't have to be a single concatented string

 

eg

echo 'Today is ', date('jS F'), '<br/>';
