[SOLVED] Autoselect all text in a textarea with Javascript

I don't know what's wrong with this script but I'm not a big Javascript person so I can't figure it out. Here is my javascript:

function SelectAll(id)
{
document.getElementById(id).focus();
document.getElementById(id).select();
}
</script>

 

And here is my text area:

<textarea id="dl" onClick="SelectAll('dl');" rows=2><?php print "$dl"; ?></textarea>
