[SOLVED] Disapearing and reapearing text in IE7

I'm working on this a site where, when you go to the main page "http://sv.noobis.com/", it doesn't display properly.

Go down to "Next" under the "Blogs" column/box, and click it. You'll notice "Latest, Top, Random, etc" will appear next to the title "Blogs", after a new blog is loaded into the white box content.

Ok. Now take your mouse up to the main navigation. The "Latest, Top, etc" options disappear.

 

If anyone could help me out to what is going on/wrong here, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for the text to appear when the page is visited and remain that way.

I would have to believe it has something to do with float, but why it would disappear due to the main navigation bar is beyond me.

The text's class that is disapearing is ".dbtopmenu", which is contained inside of "db_tm" and "BoxFirstHeader"
