cant import database using phpmyadmin mysql error

i was about to import phpbb mysql database but i receive this error

 

i am a totally newbie with my site and forum hosted on another hosted web,

 

so i have no idea how to solve it

 

 

MySQL said: 

 

#1044 - Access denied for user 'supzfier_09'@'82.197.xxx.xx' to database 'supzfier_11'

 

 

supzfier09 is new database

 

supzfier11 is old database

 

 

what can i do within the realms of phpMyAdmin ???

Nothing to do with the DB there. Your login credentials are wrong.

There are other types of GRANT permissions, not just "access".;

Where can i edit the codes?? And which file should i open?

I am using a hosting site, so the only thing available are phpmyadmin,

 

to be honest, i dont even know what's my next step after i have read the url u have posted,
