LemonInflux
Because there are crazy people out there who support Microsoft. I've never understood it myself - PHP always made much more sense to me. And anything that isn't Microsoft gains instant kudos in my books. ---------------- Now playing: Get Cape. Wear Cape. MatthewJ
ASP can be very powerful in Microsoft based networks running IIS, MSSQL, etc. and like Lemon said... most people are just goofy enough to dislike things because they say Microsoft on them. I try to base my like/dislike of things on how they work... not who made them. Call me crazy. LemonInflux
..And generally, due to MS's lack of open source, they generally fall behind the ever quickening pace in places such as sourceforge. I'm not basing it on the name, I'm basing it on the capabilities. If you look at real performance stats, PHP is much, much quicker. I don't dislike Microsoft because it's called Microsoft. I dislike Microsoft because whatever they do, there's a better version of it (that's usually free). ---------------- Now playing: Get Cape. Wear Cape.
