Just bought a script and cant install properly

I would contact the vendor. Seems the script is trying to include files via a url, this is always poor practice as most (yours included) server configurations do not allow this.

i bought it off a freinds freimd, and he doesnt know php he is just selling it , is their a way to get round it?

I had a similar problem working with RSS feeds (a security issue with the server folks). The workaround was to change the php.ini settings for allow_url_fopen. The default setting is Off so it would have to be changed (i.e. allow_url_fopen = On). If that isn't possible, try using cURL.
