[SOLVED] Why aren't my rows echoing?

I am trying to create a forum and everything works fine except when I go to view the topics in the browser they don't show up....just a blank table. However, they do show up on the database... here is the entire code. If anyone can help please let me know ASAP.

It could be because you're using short tags.  Don't use them.
