The problem occurs when your period spanned a month end/start. Try this instead:

<?php
class medosPeriod{
function showPeriod($year,$month,$day,$period){
 $st = strtotime($year . '-' . $month . '-' . $day);
 $end = $st + 864000; // 86400 seconds in a day
 echo '<table class="month">';
 echo '  <tr><th colspan="10">'. date('F - Y',$st) .  " ( ".$period." )</th></tr>";
     echo '  <tr class="days"><td>Day 1</td><td>Day 2</td><td>Day 3</td><td>Day 4</td><td>Day 5</td><td>Day 6</td><td>Day 7</td><td>Day 8</td><td>Day 9</td><td>Day 10</td></tr>';
 echo '  <tr>';
         for($i=$st;$i<$end;$i+=86400){
         echo "<td$class>" . date('j',$i) . "</td>";
        }
 echo '  </tr>';
 echo '  </table>';
}
}
?>
