What should be able to be done within a user management system?

I am trying to think of all the different things that should be able to be done with a user management system in general and this is the list i have come up with, any input on the list would be greatly appreciated

 

• delete users
  
• delete user groups
  
• add users
  
• add user group
  
• edit users
  
  • edit user information(like name, email, address, et c…)
    
  • edit permissions – allows you to override permission set based on the user groups

  [*]edit user groups

  • edit group information
    
  • edit group permissions – this will also update all user in the user group to the correct permissions unless it was overridden in the users record

  [*]add user types

  [*]delete user types

I think you have a great list started there. I would like to point out, you should probably really expand on the 'Edit user information' for whatever type of application you're developing.
