.josh
You use the same login info as you do for logging into the forums. You do not have to login on the main site to see all of the available tutorials. Just click the Tutorials link on the Navigation Menu on the main site. sylvertwst
i'm pretty new here myself, i think the loginsystem isnt synced with the main page. i.e. you need two diffrent accounts for forum/ main page. but dont shoot me if i'm wrong. did i say that i'm new here yet? lol edit:: =.= see above. what do i know about this forums anyway XD Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/128294-greatgood-php-tutioals/#findComment-664570 Share on other sites
.josh
You use the same login info but you have to login to each one individually; that is, logging into one won't automatically make you logged into the other. Just out of curiosity why hasn't PHPFREAKS bridged their forums to the main site, so you only have to login once? Just out of curiosity why hasn't PHPFREAKS bridged their forums to the main site, so you only have to login once? Tell me how SMF determines whether you're logged in or not and I'll do it. I tried figuring it out, but the code was so horrible I gave up. You can't just jump into SMF's code and figure something out if you don't already know something about SMF. They use globals all the time and it's really difficult figuring out what it is and where it comes from.
