Realtime Bandwidth Monitor?

Any recommendations on a realtime bandwidth monitor that will run on windows server 2003?  A few features I'm looking for:

 

Realtime Monitoring

    -Up/Down update every 10-30 seconds.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly Bandwidth logs

    -Log Bandwidth per directory and/or application

        -So I can separate http from ftp (among others) and also maybe each users folder.

    -Logs output in a format easy to manipulate in php

Remote Monitoring

    -If not available, the logs in a good format will do.  I can build a monitor with php.

 

Even if it takes a couple different programs that'll work.  Looking for free preferably.  I'm new to running a server, so let me know if I'm going about this wrong.
