ivytony
I'm still using Lighttpd 1.4.18 on my server, however I would like to upgrade it to the latest 1.4.20 version. I followed this tutorial http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/update-lighttpd-web-server.html, but not successful. I recalled that my Lighttpd was installed using an RPM package. So I'll need to remove the old version by 'yum remove lighttpd', this showed me 2 packages to be removed: removing Lighttpd and removing for dependencies: lighttpd-fastcgi I'm not sure if I want to remove the fastCGI module. Do I still need to keep it if I install Lightty 1.4.20? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/128472-how-to-upgrade-lighttpd-webserver/ Share on other sites
