Configuring Apache to See Real IP on Localhost...?

Nothing to do with apache and the short answer is no, though I think some routers are capable of what is called a 'reverse lookup' or similar.

If Im sitting on computer A which looks out into the internet for a computer called computer A it will never find it because it isn't out in the internet.

Why do you want to do this exactly? There may still be solutions.

hm, it's because i'm running Apache along with a SHOUTcast Server and Wowza Media Server, all on the same computer.

Wowza (due to the way it was designed) needs to be able to connect to the "real ip" for SHOUTcast in order to work....but when it tries to connect to that IP it can't find it
