Cless Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Is there a way to make it so, on a form, a user can not press the Enter button in order to submit a form? I own an online RPG, and people can use a macro which involves clicking above the submit button, pressing the tab button, then pressing the enter button. Obviously, seeing as it is an online RPG, I do not want people to macro. Thanks! Remember that user has your HTML/JS code in his browser and may edit it as he wishes. It is just that you can set the time in a macro, then leave, and when you came back, you would have much higher statistics than before. Mchl Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Then use captchas in random intervals (no too often though ) I'm not really sure on how to stop all possible exploits (wee who does?) but like I said, doing it on JS level is pointless, as users can change the JS code.
