How do Europeans put thier address into international websites?

How do I put a UK address into OS Commerce, for international shipping? For example:

Tony Dobson

3A Moorcroft Mews

High Street

Saltney CH048

United Kingdom

It looks like there are two street addresses: "3A Moorcroft Mews" and "High Street"

Then there is the city: Saltney

Then the postal code: CH048

But what about the State/Province? It isn't listed in the address right?

If I bring it up on Google maps, it says:

Saltney

Chester, Flintshire, UK

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Saltney+uk&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&resnum=1&ct=title

So... Flintshire is the state equivalent?

Can't you just write "N/A" or whatever?

lol. I've just had visions of people wondering which state N/A is. It's not so much not applicable, just a different name. As waynewex said, our county can be considered an equivalent of a state as far as addresses go.

Post will find it's way there anyway. Britain is a little bit smaller than the US....

Yup, postcode and house number is pretty much sufficient.
