mySQL error: Too many connections

you can change the max number of connections in your php.ini. you can also try running

FLUSH TABLES

Regexp | Unicode Article | Letter Database
/\A(e)?((1)?ff(?:(?:ig)?y)?|f(?:ig)?)\z/
