Is it possible to have kb's percentage and eta in the browser title for loading animated gifs? I am working on an image library and would like a better way of letting the user know when the animated gif will be fully loaded rather than the animation starting off slow and the firefox loading image showing up load.gif.

This thread is more than a year old. Please don't revive it unless you have something important to add.
