Accessible by hostname from inside but not outside

I've had this problem on multiple machines in different home networks.  I can only access my site from inside the network but not outside.  It's on Windows XP, the firewall is off, and I've forwarded the ports through my netgear router and DynDNS is all set up on it and reporting to work correctly.  I'm listening on port 80 in httpd.conf, but I"m not sure if <directory> is ok:

<Directory />

    Options FollowSymLinks

    AllowOverride All

    Order deny,allow

    Deny from all

</Directory>

Anybody have any other suggestions on what to check?  I'm out of ideas.
